1. Service description

GearsVPN ("we," "us," "our") provides a consumer Virtual Private Network (VPN) service operated by GearsVPN under the laws of Ontario, Canada. By purchasing or using our service, you ("the user," "you") agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GearsVPN. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use GearsVPN for:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

4. Subscription and billing

GearsVPN sells access in fixed durations (1, 6, or 12 months) as one-time payments in USD. An optional recurring subscription is available at checkout — if elected, your payment method will be charged automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time via the link in your receipt or by emailing [email protected].

5. Refunds

Card payments are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Crypto payments are non-refundable due to settlement volatility. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific connection speeds, or that the service will be available in any particular country.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access for violation of these terms. You may cancel at any time. Crypto payments are non-refundable upon termination.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or via a notice on our site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
