Refunds are processed within 5 business days. Funds typically appear back on your card within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your bank.
Cryptocurrency payments are final. Crypto-asset prices fluctuate, and the dollar value of the asset we received at the time of your purchase may differ from its value today. If you paid in BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, or XMR, refunds are not available.
If you opted into a recurring subscription, you can cancel at any time using the link in your receipt or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period unless requested within the 30-day window above.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will refund any legitimate complaint within 30 days. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account termination.
