Refunds are processed within 5 business days. Funds typically appear back on your card within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your bank.
Cryptocurrency payments are final. Crypto-asset prices fluctuate, and the dollar value of the asset we received at the time of your purchase may differ from its value today. If you paid in BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, or XMR, refunds are not available.
All GearsVPN plans are recurring subscriptions. Cancel any time using the link in your receipt or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We do not refund the current billing period unless you request a refund within the 30-day money-back window above.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will refund any legitimate complaint within 30 days. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account termination.
